brain cancer

i have been quite worried for over a couple of weeks now because i have been having some scary symptoms suggesting some worrying things and some not some bad ones these are my symptoms,

migranes (migraines) throughout the day on and off.
blured vision again on and off
a few lumps on my head but apart from the one on my scalp the others are almost perfectyl semetrinal an both sides but i havent notesed them untill recantly. which is why thay cause consern.
dizzyness
a slight feeling of paranoya
slight shaking
and finly my left chest muscle is bigger than the other
most of these symptoms come and go but thay have been going on for a while now. i am 15 and ive mentiond it to my mum but she thinks its my age and says i am acting like a hypocondreact. i havent been to see my gp because they will not let me see him without an adult. does anybody have answers or simalar symptoms that have been proven to be somthing else. particulary been proven not to be bad things such as brain tumers thanks
