Is there a method that works best to completely alleviated symptoms from a pituitary macro adenoma? Long term affects from a non functional tumor?

Please be more specific. Have you ever had surgery? Are your hormones stable? Any replacement?

The primary treatment for a non-functional adenoma causing mass effect is surgery.
