Respected sir ,
My father is 62 year old.
We performing his brain M.R.I. and the following results occure : -
1. OLD ISCHEMIC CHANGES AT BILATERAL PERIVENTRICULAR AND SUBCORTICAL REGIONS.
2. MILDLY PROMINENT BOTH LATERAL AND THIRD VENTRICLES
3.INCIDENTALLY,BILATERAL MAXILLARY AND ETHMOID SINUSITIS NOTED
So please explain me the detail description of the above problem and also prescribe the treatment of it.
These findings are relatively common.
1. Extremely common,
2. I would need to see the images in order to see if they are a variation of normality or if they can really represent some form of hydrocephalus. Should see a neurologist or neurosurgeon in order to evaluate that.
3. Infection/inflammation of sinuses. He should see an ENT doctor for that.
