meningioma reccurence?

Hello! I have been diagnosed with meningioma in February 2010 and had craniotomy for removal of this tumor in March 2010. I'm young (27 years) so my recovery after the surgery was very quick. But lately in the past month I have been noticing the same symptoms that i had before when I was diagnosed with tumor. I have my follow up in two months, but I want your opinion - is it possible that the tumor is back so fast?

Do you know if your tumor was resected completely or if there is a residual?
Meningiomas are classified in type I. II or III. Meningiomas often grow very slowly, but sometimes, particularly if they are types II or III, they can grow faster than usual.
