scared of what is happening to me

i had two mri's and two ct scans an i think its called an egg or eeg done i have many spots all over my brain they couldnt figure outb what they were just that i dont have  a tumor clots  or those type of things they did find authritis in my spine but in the last few days my headache pain level has went from about a six to a ren and i can no longer stand more than three seconds without losing balance and falling i now am holding on to things to walk or stand im all out of wack in driving and am scared to drive now something is wrong  and thbey  cant see it oh my hand are extremely numb and i am having very hard time  getting enough air  when i breathe it hurts bad in my chest if i breathe normal so i take little short breaths  any amswers of wht is going on maybe
