Head unstability issue with neck muscle spasm

Hello,

I got a car hit from back while I was riding a bike without helmet. I instantly lost my senses. People around took me to the hospital and I got 5 stitches at back side of the head. It's now around 5 months have passed after this accident. I consulted with a neurosurgeon who has been prescribed medicines for muscle spasm, headaches with multi vitamins. I felt better with those medicines. It's around a month I have left those medicine because I felt I am fine. But again I am still having an issue of head movement like my head is not stable which causes dizziness, headaches, concentration problem and memory problem. Feels pain in neck which causes headache at base of the head. Feels little bit sensations in my hands and legs. Feels little bit swelling on hands and foots after sleep. But stability is the main issue for which I used to use cervical soft collar prescribed by doctor. I am left my job as well for rest purposes.

Another thing is bleeding from mouth. I don't know from where it comes but it often comes after I get up in the morning. Normally does not come in normal day routine and my routine is so light. I am almost resting.

Please guide me basically what't the issue which is causing specially head un stability and other symptoms again. And why and from where blood is coming?
