Bottom Line:  I don’t ever get thirsty, unless I’ve had salt to eat……Help!!!!
Thirst: Other than salt, how can I make myself thirsty?
a) 35 yrs ago ‘had a subarachnoid hemorrhage
b) ‘Have had hypo-thyroid; migraines; awakening with super choking dry mouth & tongue
c) ‘have struggled for years about disciplining myself to drink water
d) ‘have struggled with constipation, particularly within the past couple of years
e) ‘required to eliminate salt from diet in past year due to high blood pressure
f) ‘Now having extreme memory and thought challenges, including knowledge retention despite history of having been adept to grasping concepts etc rather quickly in the past:  I don't even remember to grab my liquids right next to me!

Take magnesium citrate in the morning with vitamin D and calcium at night.  This will help with your elevated blood pressure.  Get checked for iron deficiency; this can cause brain fog.

If your blood pressure improves, maybe you can utilize some salt again.  They are not so sure they had the numbers right when they told us what was healthy.  But sea salt is the one to use.
