Numbness issues

About a month ago I decided to sleep earlier than usual one day and ended up waking up with numb hands, arms, and legs. The numbness is mostly in my legs but is also found throughout my body. It's not completely numb but I can't feel it as well as before. I have reduced pain and temperature sensation and I can only feel the insides of my limbs but not much of the outside. It feels weird to walk, almost like my legs are narrow sticks. I also had problems with my vision, where my eyes had problems focusing for a second after moving them. All this has not gone yet. When I went to the doctor, the doctor said it was likely stress but gave a blood test to be sure. Based on the blood test, I learned that I was vitamin d deficient, however, taking the supplements didn't really help. Now, I'm also experiencing loss of appetite, loss of feeling to go number two, and inability to feel sleepy. I had a breathing issue in the past where there were brief moments I felt short of breath and it's starting to come back. My parents think nothing is wrong with me since the symptoms are mild, but I always feel like somethings wrong with my brain. Anyone have any ideas as to what this is? Btw I'm a 16 yr old male who is stressed out often.
