Pain in head

I am a 20 year old female. I get a pain in my head on the right side in one particular spot when I get out of bed sometimes, or if I move too fast and the pain will last somewhere around 5 to 30 minutes. It is a sharp pain that comes in a rhythm similar to my heart beat. Also, when I use the bathroom and somewhat "strain" to go number 2, I get a throbbing pain in my neck and lower head. Normally when I do not strain I have the same throbbing, which comes in a rhythm similar to my heart beat as well. This pain only last around 5 minutes. Does anyone know what's going on?
