Parahippocampal Atrophy

I was in a car accident a week ago and had a CT Scan performed. The CT was negative for acute injury but did have a note for me to follow up with neurology. The note said that I have right parahippocampal atrophy, and this wasn't of concern IF I have a seizure disorder, which I do not. The doctor was concerned that I have a strong family history of Alzheimer's disease in my family and this is apparently a good indication that I will too. She was very concerned to see this result since I am only 28 years old. Anyone have experience with this or know what my next step should be? I'm looking for a neurologist now but I'm freaking out a bit.
