Seeing spots, involuntary muscle movement and increased heart rate

When I was 25 I had what I thought was a heart attach. Doctors summed it up as a panic attack. Since then I consistently have bright white spots in vision, involuntary muscle movement and erratic heart palpitations. Blood work shows no cancer, but it does show low hemoglobin. I'm told syptoms are in my head. Any suggestions? I'm 28, in shape but diagnosed with high blood pressure when 21.
