Hi rahe1957, It's always a good idea to tell your family doctor about any supplements you want to take. For example, I take melatonin to help me sleep. Before I purchased the melatonin, I asked my doctor what she thought of my taking this to help me sleep. My doctor thought it would be helpful. I think Coenyme Q10 is also good for your heart. I'm not sure about the benefits of B2. Anyway, it's just a suggestion. Good luck. Eve :)
World is small. MH is small. we meet here as well.I had taken Melatonini in the past just for few days.I take 1mg. of alprazolom and 5 mg. of zolpidin(brand name ambien) I get hardly 5 hours sleep.would melatonin improve the quaity of sleep?
If you remember, we had suggested a squatting exercise, with curled up tongue touching the roof of the mouth and pinching earlobes with thumbs and indexe finger(indix finger in the back and thumb in the front. earl lobes are to be squeezed by opposite hands. This exercise does stimulate brain and increases memory.I hope the member of this community may use this exercise if they like.
