Just read your question. Are there any foods or supplements that improve brain power ? I've heard fish, particulary salmon which has omega 3 in it. As far as supplements, fish oil capsules with omega 3 are helpful. I find eggs a helpful protein too, although you have to be careful, because some people have an allergy to eggs.
