headache,hangover type without drinkin alcohal

i am from india..i had head ache from 2 and half years ....i had blured vision also .  i am very very low all the day ...i just want to die....can plz some one help to get out of this...

Can you eliminate wheat, gluten, sugars, yeast and stay on a very low carb diet for a few months?
If your suffering is so overwhelming, it should be easier
to start this elimination diet.
Yeast organisms in the body interact with sugars and
produce alcohol, with all its adverse effects including
