pop rocks in top of head

for over 30 years I have had "episodes" in which I start out with a pop rock feeling
(yes, like the candy). the inside of my skull at the top about the size of my palm feels really cold; my speech slurs, I have an unsteady gait; confusion-- it once took me 15 minutes to say the name of a co-worker that I have known over 11 years! there isn't what I would call pain until the pressure builds up too far. I have found out that I recently developed a meningioma 12mm in size but this is unrelated to the episodes..... is there anyone out there that has experienced this or a doctor who has an idea of how to treat it? My doctor is clueless..... I have had MRI's and CT scans and several EEG;s which come back abnormal.

I am not a doctor or anything. There are some responses online though about neck alignment and such. I had the pop rocks sound in my head all day today, then I tried walking upright, like a soldier and all, and the sensation went away completely. I am going to get an xray or something soon like the responses suggest. Best of luck.
