Arachmoid cyst in left temporal lobe

good day
i was diagnosed with a rather large arachnoid cyst (about the size of a plum) in my left temporal lobe in dec last year. From what I understand this is the part of the brain which operates on language recognition/learning. Strangely enough I speak 3 languages fluently and have no real problems picking up new ones.
it was only symptoms of headache which eventualy forced me to seek out a neurologist.
I am aware that arachnoid cysts are non tumorous however if this gets larger and impinges upon adjacent vessels then it should be aspirated (or drained not sure what the correct term i)

Anyway
-anyone ever had this condition?
-anyone ever had one removed?
- will it ever develop into a tumour?

If you read through other posts, you will see that this comes up very frequently.

You will also see that draining is not recommended as it can just refill (any cyst will do the same) so removal of some or all of the cyst pouch is recommended.

Cysts do not develop into tumors but you should have it monitored for size changes.
