Are tumors rare?

Are brain tumors very common in people in their 20's? Or is it a disease that is more common with elderly folks?  I heard that brain tumors are RARE for a young person to get.  Is this true?

If someone feels dizzy, has pain behind the eyes, and an ear that rings,  this does not necessarily mean a tumor does it?

I recently did an MRi wothout contrast because my doctor sis not think that one was necessary anyway.  I am waiting for the results. I will be seeing an ENT on the 16th.

If it wasn't for my own internet research, my son's pituitary tumor would, most likely still be undiagnosed today. It led me to bypass my PCP''s lack of testing, and make an appointment directly with an endocrinologist, who I knew, from my son's symptoms, health history, and my own research, was the specialist he needed.

Hey, Ness, have you been to an allergy specialist for your sinus problem? An allergist will order a CT scan if they feel it is needed. Maybe you could push to have one. I took my son to an allergist five years ago because of nasal symptoms, and even this doctor suggested a CT scan, but I declined. A CT scan for a runny nose? If only I had listened to him, and done the scan, they would have found the pituitary tumor three years earlier!

Yeah, anxiety can get pretty bad. The tumor thing comes up a lot. I noticed that here on this forum. I want to feel better but I have been battling this sinus infection for 9 weeks now and it has not alleviated. Instead, I feel like it is only gettting worse. I have an ear ache and my scalp burns. Cant even lay on it.

DOnt know if my anxiety is acting up or not. Cant sleep. Feel like a mess.

Well that is alot of young peoples fear these days i ve been fearing it since i was 17 years old and had my first son im not 22 with 3 boys and still to this day believe i have a brain tumor because of symptoms i have and have had some old and some new but my docs think im crazy and everyone else says "oh stop u dont have a brain tumor" problem is they are not that rear these days in any age why i dont know but more and more news i hear about it well i never got a CT scan cause the docs dont think i need one and so on but the moral of my answer is DONT SELF DIAGNOSE over the internet stop googling, web md and all that stuff we all should go on strike with the whole internet thing lol i do it all the time but really we are working our selfs up over prol nothing cause we put it in the search engine headache,or dizzy, or ringing in the ears , or memory loss and so on and what comes up BRAIN TUMOR CANCER ETC. thats because everyday normal people dont go and post about a typical headache or a stress related problem its the serious things that are posted and thats why we find these things under our simple symptoms well i need to practice what i preach cause i can explain it but i cant follow it lol I JUST NEED A LIFE I THINK lol

NO, I just noticed that whenever you look up certain symptoms,  such as the ones that I have been experiencing,  tumors seem to come up. DOnt know why but it is rather alarming.

I hope those symptoms don't point to a tumor, because I have those symptoms!  Although, I'm not dizzy very often.
I think now that there are better imaging techniques, more tumors are being found than before. I'll bet there were many who went undiagnosed, which made it seem like brain tumors were a rare thing. They don't seem to be rare anymore, at any age. Of course, we are all laden with a huge number of toxins these days, so that probably contributes to more damage, including tumors in the brain.
