Brain fog

I am 19 years old and I have been suffering with brain fog for about a month now and it is really getting annoying. I am wondering if it could just be allergies or maybe a brain tumor please help. tom

Hi - Brain fog is a tough thing to deal with. It makes getting thru the day pretty challenging, It can certainly be due to allergies. Anytime I am around mold or anything else that adversly affects my system brain fog is something I experience. I wouldn't be too concerned about a brain tumor this early on unless you've been experiencing this for a long time. The best thing you can begin to do is try to figure out if you are around something that could cause this and if its really affecting your daily life go ahead and get yourself into a doctor. An mri or ct scan or really the only way to tell if you have a brain tumor.
