Eroding means the bone is involved - that the tumor is in the bone too.

I did not say serious - I just said symptoms can tell the doctor a bit about what type of tumor it is. Such as it may be causing visual symptoms, hormonal, blood pressure etc. Symptoms can be subtle but something caused you to see the doctor.

I would rather correspond here than PM on things that are general like symptoms, imaging etc. so that it can help others if you don't mind - otherwise I get so many PMs and help no one. I am also a patient so I have limited time and resources. Thank you!

You are posting on a layman board, not a doctor/expert board.
Do you have any other information other than imaging like lab testing, biopsy?

That size may start to impact other structures that are near by - the clivus is right by the pons, the pituitary, and a lot of vital nerves and blood vessels. So you may want to as it may be causing symptoms.

Endoscopic surgery can be used to remove it in the hands of an expert.
