Concerning Symptoms

Over the past 6 months to a year, I have had intermittent episodes of the following symptoms: 1. peripheral vision hallucinations 2. vertigo 3. nausea 4. headaches 5. inability to think of and/or say words or thoughts 6. one time body shakiness with weakness in left side which went away after a few minutes Are these related to anything to be concerned about?

I am no doctor but I would say DEFINITELY get that checked out, a few of those things were symptoms of my extreme anxiety but it seems pretty bad and can also be linked to other illnesses. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE see a doctor! xx goodluck

I would see a doctor. It could be anything from visual migraines to migraines to more - but the internet sadly just cannot diagnose properly someone has to see you, look at you, take a history, run tests etc.

Let us know what the doctor says after you visit!

Yes.  I thought as much because just last week I started putting all of this together and it kind of scared me.  I also had thyroid cancer and a thyroidectomy in 2007.  I have heard that this can rarely spread to the brain but does sometimes, so I will definitely make an appointment.  Thanks for your input.

I've never had a seizure, but I have heard certain types of seizures being described that way.
