Could I be living with a Brain Tumor? as well as a Heart Condition at 21

Hi, i am a 21 year old male living with symptoms that i fear may be related to a tumor, and would just like to get some outside opinions about the matter. I have an anxiety disorder/obsessive anxiety and have had for a long time now, but the symptoms i have started experiencing lately have left me confused and paranoid. Here is my short story:

About a year ago i noticed that during times when i would be really exited/stimulated (mainly during intercourse) I would occasionally have very fast body movements (for example if i wanted to turn my head, it would turn much faster than i had intended it to move. I  noticed it was odd, but didn't think much more of it as sometimes it would come and go and it would only occur during that activity.

Around this time also i had these very short bouts of derealisation/spacey filled anxiety feelings which were short lived (about 2-4 seconds long) which would come and go, which at the time, put it down to my anxiety disorder/  My anxiety theme did morph to existential anxiety for a period so i just put it off as that. It was on and off...would happen a lot one week, wouldn't happen at all the other week. Anyway that eventually subsided.

About 2-3 months after that, i started noticing i had small involuntary muscle movements, which i thought were just twitches as i didnt know the difference between muscle twitches and Myoclonic jerks. They too came and go, and seemed more prominent when i was thinking about them. they eventually went away.

About a 2 months after that i started having heart trouble. Had a few heart tests and eventually came back with an abnormal stress ecg. I am sheduled for some invasive heart tests soon to find the cause of that. As i have an anxiety disorder to begin with, my heart trouble only intensified my anxiety and i developed hypochondria now too. At this time i noticed my small myoclonic spasms came back but i never researched about it much.

To help deal with what was going on in my life, i was put on Prozac and thats when it got bad. First week wasnt too bad but by the second week my myoclonic twitches got quite severe and very very frequent. I stopped the meds and the jerks subsided.

About 2 months ago, they came back, and this time they are quite frequent, not as powerful as when i was on the SSRI but very close.  In addition to this, i have muscle twitching which occurs alot lately, also have head pressure on and off, which is usually most prominent when i have a cold or sinus infection but these last two weeks it has been there more often. If i turn my head in a certain way i will have the pressure/tension and other times its not there. I have had hiccups about 10-30 times a day which sometimes feel like a hiccup mixed with a mini burp. My odd spacey-anxiety filled short bursts have returned these past two days and now that i have read that these type of feelings can be indicative of an oncoming seizure, i am concerned. I had them quite a lot today at work, and while nobody notices anything strange, i am in distress while this happens. I also went through a short period where i would have this odd metallic smell in my nose that would only last 1-3 seconds then dissapear. This happened a few times over the span of a few weeks bu hasnt returned since.I have also had at times stabbing sharp pains in the head which come and go, only two or three have been somewhat more intense than the others but all of these additional symptoms to the myoclonus are leaving me very paranoid.

Could these signs be indicative of a brain tumor? I have read that generally brain tumors go on without symptoms until the patient experiences a seizure and is then diagnosed, but that is not always the case. and i am sort of having seizures with the myoclonic activity that i go through.

Can anybody confirm either 1)my fears are indicative of a brain tumor or 2)my fears are irrational. At this stage, i do not have a very good outlook on live considering i have heart trouble at 21 and facing a possible brain tumor, i just cant do it. I am scheduled to see a neurologist but unfortunately have to wait close to a month to see him.

Any feedback would be appreciated

I am not a doctor, but if the docs thought you had a brain tumor, they would take a CT or MRI to see what is going on.
Spasms can happen - muscles twitch. There are neuro-muscular disorders (worse than brain tumors IMHO!) that can occur but at 21, that would be unusual as well. You have not had many tests at this point, and I would wait until the neurologist does an exam and pinpoints what he/she thinks is going on.
In the meantime, I would just stop reading up as that is going to increase your anxiety - and get a competent doc to see what is going on as it has to be someone in real life who can run a history and do real tests to see what is going on.

I'm sorry but I can't help writing on this post about you fearing you have a heart problem at 21. My daughter was literally dying from hgeart disease at your age and on a heart transplant list, which she received a year later. Just because you have a stress test that was abnormal, does not mean your life is over at 21. Your anxiety is playing a HUGE role in how you are living and I agree with the above poster about not reading everything about your health......your brain can really play a number on your body.
