IGF-1 Blood test

My daughter is 7 years old. She is 5'1. She had a bone age test done and her bones are advanced by 4years 7 months. She also had a IGF-1 blood test done in the AM and it came back at 286. Is this something to be worried about. The doctor she is seeing is out of town and I need answers. Agains he is 7 years old and 5'1 and weighs 145. Please help

she grew 7 inches in 1 year... at 6 she was 4'6
