Liver and brain
Is there a direct relation between the liver and pituitary tumor? If so, can the liver cause a tumor in your pituitary gland.

I have not heard of the liver causing a tumor on the pituitary gland... but the pituitary can cause liver issues certainly as some diseases will cause fatty liver and many of the hormones are converted in the liver.  Since the pituitary can impact almost any organ, it is hard to find anything the pituitary does not directly effect, but unfortunately, the cause of pituitary tumors has not been determined unless there are genetic types known from MEN -1, 2 etc. but then there would be more tumors and on other glands and organs.
