Medications that increase dopamine...some type of block or something?

I had read on some of the forum postings (and now I can't find them when I need them) that there are drugs out that people have used, which increase dopamine by blocking something.  I'm not even sure exactly what it was, but someone had posted they had tried many Anti-depressants, Anti-anxiety pills without help until the doctor discovered a pituitary microadenoma (I believe) and prescribed the blocking drug.  I thought maybe it was in regards to Cushing's, but anyone with any information....please kindly share, as my doctor is interested in going a different route.

Sandostatin LAR for acromegaly

Corlux, Mifeprestrone for Cushing's (ketoconazole is being used currently short term as well)

Dopamine Receptor Agonist - Dostinex (Caborgoline generic).   That is what I take for prolactin producing pituitary tumor.  Is that what you are looking for?

I think that's it, but I'm really not sure.  At this point, I guess I'm not sure about any of the medical stuff I have going on, but I'm not going to give up.  I just thought this was something I could share with my doctor.  Thanks for your help!!

I think the drug you seek is Wellbutrin aka Bupropion which is an atypical antidepressant that acts as a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and nicotinic antagonist.
