More than one pituitary tumor?

Hi, I am glad to have discovered this forum.  I'm a 34 year old female.  I just started some blood work because something is very wrong with my endocrine system.  I did not even get to share all of my symptoms with my Dr, since she seemed in a rush (15 minute appointment and she spent less than 5 minutes with me).  But, she did order lab work for testosterone and thyroid hormones.  I have been doing a lot of research and feel that I likely have a pituitary adenoma.  But, my symptoms suggest to me that I may have more than one type.  Has this ever happened to anyone here?  These are my symptoms, which have been getting progressively worse lately.
*Weight gain and inability to lose weight.  This is not overnight weight gain, but more of a steady weight gain (40 plus pounds in a little over 3 years).  This may just look like overeating, but I don't overeat.  In fact, I eat less and have exercised more.  My calories and activity levels are that of a lighter person.  I have tried to lose weight, and nothing works.  I am 5'2" and weigh 215 right now.
*Fatigue and forgetfulness.  I am tired when I wake up and completely exhausted by early afternoon.  I make sure that I get 8 hours of sleep each night.  I forget silly little things like where I put something or if I saw a movie.
*Moody and anxious, but I would not say clinically depressed.
*Buffalo hump.  I have a small to medium sized buffalo hump.
*Migraines and headaches.
*Lactation.  I am not pregnant or nursing, yet I am lactating.
*Frequent urination.  During the day, I urinate at least every 2 hours, and wake during the night a minimum of 3-4 times to urinate.  I am also always thirsty but am not sweaty.
*Hair growth under chin and on stomach (not as much as a man but steadily increasing) and hair loss on head.

If anyone has experienced anything similar or has any thoughts about tests I should request, please let me know.  Thanks so much!

If you want to know if you have a pituitary tumor, a test which looks for this is an MRI-Sella Turcica with contrast (hope I spelled it correct). I have had fatigue and unilateral lactation and in the past have had frequent urination.  I have multinodular nontoxic thyroid goiter.  I also have excessive salivation and itching.  Do you by any chance have these last two symptoms?  Good luck.

Your doctor needs to check ALL your hormones.
You can have more than one type of tumor (which is uncommon but I had Cushing's and a prolactinoma) or the pressure from one type of secreting tumor can press on the pituitary and cause another hormone to go awry, hence having one or more hormones going crazy.
Also, hormones like cortisol have an effect on other hormones - it will lower thyroid, testosterone and growth hormone while other hormones like DHEA will go up.

Get away from the endummy and find a competent doctor who will do enough testing.

Your doctor definitely needs to check your Prolactin and Cortisol levels.  Your dr. really missed the ball on this and you should call them back and ask for more more tests to be ordered.
