Prolactinoma/symptoms and no confidence

My body has been changing since i turned 19, rather than go into to much detail ill just say i became recluse and i havent been with anyone since i was 19 i am now 25 male, i cant bring myself to meet someone because of the way i feel/look, i can make myself feel good going out and covered up but im always aware of how i look the next morning or without my morning rituals.

Beir Spots, Seb Dermatitis, Hairloss, eyebrow loss, Flaking skin and scalp/brows, Gynecomastia/lipomastia, weight gain/bloating,poor healing (probably why hair hasnt regrown)

Ive been diagnosed about 4-5 months ago with a Prolactinoma which im being treated with CAbergoline x2 a week and was told my testosterone is a little low but not had any treatment for it.

FSH 2.1 iu/l (1.0-6.4), LH 3.8 iu/l (1.7-8.6), Prolactin 4908 mu/l (86-496), Testosterone 6.4 nmol/l (11-36),

With the social issues as well as the other pit issue, has anyone tested your growth hormone? Perhaps instead of just having a prolactinoma, you could be hypopit or panhypopit. If the tests you listed are all you have had done, you need to get another doctor to work on your case - your tests are not complete.

You may need cortisol, growth hormone, vitamin D and other things to help you out.

Find a neuro-endo.

An MRI cannot tell you the type of tumor. Only testing can tell the type of tumor.

What do the tests tell? If the tests you list were the only ones done, then the doctor has not done enough. I had two tumors - a prolactinoma and Cushing's.  I know several others with two. Your symptoms are showing you have more than one issue. It could be that you have two, or your tumor is compressing other parts to suppress other hormones - which can be treated.

At 1cm, then they should start you on meds, or you may be considered for surgery. I had the surgery as well.
