back of my brain weird feelings.kinda dizzy

about 3 months ago i was sitting and i got a big *** headache,in the back of my head.it hurt and i felt so dizzy.it feels like im going in circles.....i had that same feeling for about 4 weeks.it slowly started going away but now my head or brain doesnt feel normal.i feel like  dizzy and have to shake my head so it can go away but whatever i do it still there.i dont knopw how to explain it...a doctor said it was anxiety but i dont know...do you think this can be a brain tumor?..man i hope not.please me help me outt

Your doctor has no right to relegate something like that to anxiety unless he/she first does diagnostic testing to rule out a medical cause for your symptoms.

Often times, pain in the back of the head can be stemming from a neck problem.  

And with any headache that is new to you and severe, they should be ordering a CT or MRI scan of your head (usually the start out with CT).

How is your cholesterol level?  What about your blood pressure?
