i know i am over weight i need to lose 10 kg
but why my blood pressure goes to normal and suddenly rise
it has to do with the cyst on my head?
The ear issues you describe sound like meniere's disease/syndrome (have it so I know)
I found this article about someone with an arachnoid cyst and meniere like symptoms.
So it is possible that the cyst is causing the ear effects.
You may want to get another opinion.
When I check about hypotension, it seems that it can be a symptom, but that symptoms vary a lot by location and so it is hard to tell. I would find an expert in these cysts.
