brain tumour but blood test normal

so last week i had a blood test and everything came back normal but i dont see how its possible as ive got suck servere symtoms,it all started in august 2015 i started to get weird head feelings like something swirling around inside then things bursting doesnt hurt but feels really weird and uncomfortable, then a few months after i started getting head pains not really bad and normally goes away with pain killers then i started to feel nauseous every day,now ive got head pains and nausea and the weird head feeling every day plus i feel tired every day,i go bed half 11 and i wake up ablout 11am so im getting too little sleep, anyways im extremely scared of bloodtests and i know alot of people say they dont hurt but i find them extremely painfull, anyways as i was so scared i didnt have the test in august but went the other day but i dont see how the test came back normall, did they mess up at the lab or does it sound like i have some illness that cant be detected with blood test,i now really dont know what to do as going on holiday in 11 weeks so need to be better by then, keep reading that siniusitus and brain tumours are picked up in blood test but then ill also read people saying that it wasnt picked up for them, anyone else have similar experience what did you do,i dont think my dr will give me an mri either as asked for one before and he just offerd blood test

There is no age "floor" for being sick. A cbc is a nice start but it only says a bit... Please find another doctor and get some additional testing.

full blood count and cpr i think there was another one too but cant remember, its not the fatique thats the worst part is the feeling in my head as its so strong when it happens and it happens about 5 hours a day it really feels awfull and when i read about brain tumours it says people have said they had a weird feeling thats hard to describe to the dr when they had a brain tumour, the dr i got at the moment i really doubt will give me a ct scan or mri scan as he only offerd me a blood test when i complained to the actually drs clinic that i was just told im young so ill be ok and not offerd any help

I am sorry you are going through this. And you are correct most test can come back normal and there can still be something wrong.  Not usually though.
I had 2 tumors 1 they visual seen, after they biopsied it came back as malignant, they proceeded to give me all the test. Blood test, 24 hour urine test (?), P.E.T. Scan, and CAT Scan. Every test showed that I did not have cancer except the CAT scan.  When they went in to remove the cancer they found another tumor.  So they removed both, one 3cm and one 1cm. Even with two tumors my blood work was at 54 and the danger level was 97.
Good thing I didn't give up and let it go.  My primary care doctor kept blowing me off saying it was because of the meds I was on that I was having the symptoms I was having. The ER doctor on a whim suggested further test , and that's how they eventually seen the tumor.  Of course my cancer was completely different then yours and we would have different symptoms.

The one thing I always asked my doctor is if my number's were low when I did have cancer how are they going to know if it comes back. According to him my baseline could just be low or blah blah blah, all people are different, all numbers are different for different people.  I am going to have to have a CAT scan plus the blood work. And hope for the best. Yeah me.
But like I said mine was a completely different cancer N.E.T. (tumors in intestine).  But if your not happy with the results your doctor has given you don't give up.  Be happy it might not be cancer, but make him give you a diagnosis to what it is. And don't let rest until they figure it out.  Also did he check your thyroid numbers out.  It can cause similar symptoms. Good luck.

What blood test did you have?
I know it is frustrating but fatigue is a symptom of so many things from vitamin deficiency to hormones to auto-immune to more... So you really need a doctor to methodically rule things in and out. It may be more than one thing. Brain tumors are rather rare and you need imaging to really know.
