There a so very many that it is impossible to list them all.
It can vary from general fatigue to lactation, to your teeth not fitting in your jaw to purple stretchmarks to a hump, central obesity, depression, bi-polar to acne - they are all over the map. Some are hidden, some can be seen.

Find a neuro-endo and get to a doctor that knows what they are doing, and get copies of everything - the report, the MRI, and all the labs, always and forever.

Empty sella means the sella (basically the sella just means "opening") where the pituitary sits looks empty.

Yes, it can cause infertility. You have to test. It could be that the pituitary is there, intact and whole but hidden behind the CSF fluid (CSF fluid is opaque in MRIs) or is is squished.

Causes can vary - you can be born with it, you can have "empty sella syndrome, have no pituitary, have high CSF pressure, have a pit tumor...

Risks depend on the hormones that are impacted... some are troublesome, some are deadly. Some impact the quality of life like prolactin, but others will mess up the body like cortisol, growth hormone and thyroid and can be deadly in too much or too little.
