I was wondering what my cause have sensation of head pressure alof of the time. I get dizzy alot sometimes when I stand up. I also feel light headed and get shortness of breathe. I've also noticed that my neck will get stiff at times. My eye sight also is blurry at times. My moods seem to fluctatue alot and my sleeping cycle is out of whack. I just wondering if it is something neurologically wrong because i've had my thyroid check, had a cbc done was fine. I also have trouble swallowing sometimes its probably because of my indigestion.  The one thing I have noticed is I do have muscles twiching every now and then which is involuntary.  I probably am just going over board with my symptoms but hey I figure when keep having these problems something has to be going on.  I also noticed I am out of it alot becuase the other day i had to pick up somebody but I told them I felt sick.  I walked upstairs and laided down in my bed and then somebody came to check up on me and they said I wasnt making sense. I told them that I felk like I couldnt move and my whole body felt like it was numb and couldnt move it. So if you think this is in my head i'll quit worrying about it.

What kind of doctor did you see and what kind of tests did you get? A CBC is simply not enough to tell you much of anything except that your red blood cells and white blood cells are ok - other than that, it is not too helpful.

Dizzy is often an ear thing - it could also be sinus related - so you could start with a could ENT.

Thyroid check - alas if you read the thyroid board, you will see that there are good and the bad re thyroid - so what exactly was tested? If they tested one hormone - TSH, then the doc did not test your thyroid. Find another and get a real thyroid check. Make sure to always and forever get copies of any and all reports of tests done on you and read up on them.

All the symptoms may be not related, or they are - but you need to get a bit more in the doc department than you have had done. Bring someone with you to be your advocate and press for more answers.
