labs and symptoms for 2012

For the past year I have experienced the followin symptoms which have driven me to the point of accepting the mental diagnosis that all doctors in my area seem to believe Iaquired overnite
My symptoms are chronic insomnia...double vision. worst in left eye. worse at night. Blurry vision. loss of anything that had to do with sex. Wounds never heal. Acne on back and legs wont heal. palpitations and rapid heartbeat....especially at night. Tremors in arms..but no visible shaking. Hair on arms and legs and underarms has become fine like a baby or has fallen out. Anxiety that cannot be controlled. Sleep meds dont work. Anger and DEPERSONALIZATION. has anyone else felt like your living in a dream.
Sinus issues..is it possible they combine. Fat around midsection..buff with abs to fat in 14 months. vivid dreams..do they apply.
testoserone nov11  193  range 280- 620
april 12 286  range 240-950 sept 12 218 range 292-867  STH 1.3 range .3-5   FSH 4 range 1-18  LH 1.8  range 1.8 -8.6
prolactin 2  range 3-30  2other LH readings1.8
What other readings would be helpful. Ihave had all this blood work done in the EP Texas area. When you get sick here you die or take anti depressants till you die. I refuse either.

Please tell me if my symptoms sound familiar. I also have serious sinus issues...micro adenoma 2.5 mm does abut cavernous sinus

I do hope that you can find a competent neuro-endo at a pituitary center. Your symptoms are consistent with pituitary and your tumor may be secreting - but if that is all the testing that you have had, then your doctor has not done enough to determine the complete issue.  For instance, low testosterone can be caused by cortisol and no testing was done on that hormonal loop.

The emotional issues are caused, most likely, by the pituitary and the hormones that are off. When you are treated it can resolve. It does not always resolve sadly, but it does get better.

My layman guess is a cortisol issue but you need testing to really know and that can cycle and vary. There are places in TX to help - but it can take an educated patient and a very persistent patient to find a good doc. I have resources listed in the health pages.

I don't know if the sinus problems combine exactly - what happened with me is that I just got sick a lot and that just led to a lot of sinus issues. That has improved greatly with my immune system getting better.
