My TSH is very low 0.04
I have had recent blood tests.
I have received a scan of the thyroid - there is no definite result.  Could be ?  ?  connected tieh thee pituitary gland.
WHAT CAN I DO TO INCREASE THE TSH LEVEL PLEASE?

Yes, a TSH that low can indicate a pituitary issue. If is it pituitary, it cannot be raised that I know but it is treated just like regular hypothyroidism.
Without other tests, it is not clear though what issue you have - you need more testing.
