need some insight asap

about 6 or 7 years ago I was having some very bad headaches they were only on the right side of me head though . they stopped after about maybe 2 weeks but ever sense then ive been having some weird health problems . im not sure if these problem have anything to do with my brain but I googled my symptoms and brain cancer popped up . my symptoms have been brain fog , sometimes difficulty getting words out sometimes ill pause in while im talking or have difficulty getting words out , fatigue , dizziness that comes and goes ill get dizzy out of nowhere but it only lasts for like a second , sometimes poor apetitte off and on , and sometimes I will be walking and loose my balance . constant stuffy nose for like the last several years , and a tingling crawling sensation in my scalp and face and sometimes on my arms that seems to be pretty localized this comes and goes though and I think if I stay out in the sun or get hot that will trigger this tingling sensation , also ive noticed my eyes will go slightly cross for no reason causing slight blurry vision every now and again ,  I don't have headaches or have had rapid weight loss I am very skinny im 23 years old and I only weighed about 115 lbs I had to drink nutrition drinks to help me gain weight now im up to 130 lbs and have stayed there for a while even after I stopped drinking the drinks any clue as to what this could be im going to the doctor in a few days but was wondering if anybody could help me out on this atleast give me a clue its driving me nuts .... I also might add that I do have anxiety and was thinking maybe this could be a part of the problem

In general, it is pretty rare. I cannot tell over the internet!

Only a doc and an exam is really going to know what is going on.

thank you man I plan on going to see my doctor real soon I have a couple days off in a few days  so im going then .... but I don't think I need to see anyone about headaches because I haven't had a headache in like 6 or 7 years it was all the other symptoms I was worried about .... so your saying brain cancer is unlikely

Headaches on one side of the head are usually migraines. Men also are more likely to get the nasty cluster headaches which don't like to go away.

So I suggest  you see your GP and get a referral to a neurologist for a headache consult. This way you can get the treatment you need for the headaches. If in fact it is more than headaches (as you cannot be diagnosed on the internet and also I am not a doc), the screening for the headache diagnosis should rule out other things like an unlikely brain tumor. Also headaches can involve things like hormones and other causes so you really have to get a good physical.

Have you ever been to an eye doctor?

I would see your doctor promptly and hopefully he can help you get the answers and treatments you need. Once you know, hopefully you can be less anxious.
