nerve pain after tumor removed

Has anyone had a nerve that had to be buzzed or tied during surgey due to bleeding, and then severe pain afterwards?

Alas, he probably hit one of the facial nerves - and gave you trigeminal neuralgia. I think there is a group here just devoted to just that.
There is a class of meds used - nerve meds and anti-epileptics that can help but there are side effects so you basically have to try them and see which one you can live with.
