scar tissue compression pain

i have had two brain tumor removal sugeries.  I now suffer with what is called scar tissue compression on the left side of my skull and face.  when the weather wet and cold the pain is unbearable.  has anyone heard of this or suffering from this?  How do you tolerate this?  I feel like i am at the end of my rope this is affecting every aspect of my life.  Is there any relief?

Have you tried acupuncture? Or a heating pad to keep the area warmer?
I don't have this but I used get really bad headaches (to the point of vomiting) when the weather got overcast and I used acupuncture to overcome them.  I tried pills, and other things - and other than staying in bed with a bucket and a heating pad, acupuncture was the only thing that helped me. My doc is also an oncologist.
