worst headache ever !! getting scared!!

i am really getting scared of the change in headaches im getting. i was up all night and in so much pain i was shaking . i havent had a headache like that one before . my headache was on the left side and it was a strong pressure constant pain and it hurt down to my neck and my left eye started swelling and it felt as if my eye was gona pop out of socket. i was so sick to my stomach and was hard to breath and i couldent sit up and my eye was watering only left side. i have cronic (chronic) daily migraines and i have cluster migraines but this one was like nothing ive ever had before. i called my neurosurgeon and his nurse said he didnt treat me for headaches!! shouldent he see me at least because my tumor ?? this headache really scared me and i was seeing double . has anyone ever had this kind of headache ? i cant seem to get anyone to take me seriously to take me to er . i was in so much pain i was shaking and my hubby dont take it seriously. i feel like he dont believe me and it makes me feel crazy . i never wake him up unless i seize or really need help. any idea on this headache im really worried . thanks for any info and advice,brainpain

Go to the ER. A sudden change warrants a look, your doc is being a t#rd. Seeing double is not good.
