What is your opinion about my symptoms?

My name is Alyssa. I am 16 years old and for the past year I have been experiencing a rapid heart rate. However, I have been to a cardiologist who assured me that everything is fine and my heart is completely healthy. Last night I was laying in my bed and I realized that there was a strange sensation going through my neck..I touched it and could not feel myself touching my neck. Then I realized that it had spread to my chest and it is just on the left side. I also felt very weak. I went to the emergency room and they could not find what is wrong. It has been almost 24 hours and I am still numb and feel weak. A doctor mentioned that I might should have an MRI done on my head. Any advice? Please let me know.

Extra oxygen going into the heart, with this pranayam, will regulate the heart.Start doing it today and report your progress in 3 weeks and 3 months on this thread.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Dear Alyssa,
So is your MRI report ready.
We can only discuss further, once the reports are available.
