I am really worried...

Hi, my name is Taylor and I am 17 years old. For about the last two years I have had sinus problems. I have not been able to taste for a majority of these last two years because my nose is so stuffed and lately different symptoms along with this have been affecting me. Although this seems minor, for the last couple weeks I have been getting dizzy and I have had headaches. My vision seems to be getting worse, but I have been going through a lot of stress with my parents divorce. I cannot figure out if my symptoms are all in my head or if there is really something serious wrong with me. My pupils have been unequal for a while now, but I am afraid that there is something wrong with my brain. Is there any way you can help me try to figure out what can be going on?

Hi Taylor, you certainly sound like you have a lot of things going on in your life.  In general, symptoms of dizziness and headaches can certainly be attributable to sinus issues and stress.  In addition, having different size pupils can by normal - usually they differ by 1 mm (but if this is a new, you should see your doctor).  However, you may want to see you local doctor to get checked out.
