I am worried that I may have a brain tumour

For the last 3 months I have began experiencing severe headache, with stabbing pains and great pressure in my head. The headaches wake me up at night, usually accompanied with feelings of dizziness and nausea. Over the last few weeks my vision has also become blurry. Do my symptoms sound like those of a brain tumour?

Hi my name is Felecia I had the same issues to and I got a MRI and found out I have pituitary microadenoma ( pituitary tumor) so yes check its better to be safe than sorry.
