Is it possible? I am scared.

Over the past week I have had short term memory loss, the mixing up of words (such as saying "is this where near they live" instead of "is this near where they live"), and tunnel vision. I also seem to have a little bit of pressure in my head, and a slight headache the comes in goes on the front right side of my head.

I have anxiety and when I started taking an SSRI a few months ago I had this symptoms, as well as gait problems, they went away when I stopped taking the medicine.

My question is, is it likely that these are symptoms of a brain tumor or more likely that they are caused by anxiety? My doctor is thinking it's anxiety and I can't afford to get an MRI right now. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

In general, anxiety symptoms can encompass a lot of neurologic symtoms (symptoms).  I would suggest that you talk about these symptoms with you doctor for further workup.
