brain tumor

8 weeks ago now i began having terrible panic attacks. Symptoms included rapid, heavy heart beat, heart skipping a beat chest pains, shortness of breath, feeling as though i was about to die, feeling terrified of everything, trembling....
These panic attacks happened persistently I felt as though i was constantly in a dream like state, i felt as though i couldnt cope with anything, even the thought of brushing my teeth scared the hell out of me. I have now began feeling a strange sensation inside my head, it feels as though i have a giant bubble trapped behind my eye and at the top of my skull. This feeling is accomponied by the feeling of intense pressure inside my head and almost like a burning pain. I pop my ears continusly and shake my head from side to side which makes a clicking sensation in my head, this relieves the bubble for a minuite but it would always come back.  I keep feeling as though im about to have a fit or pass out and die. I started to feel really strange!! Ive been to hospital, the doctor did some tests, reflexes, looking in my eyes, blood pressure... She said the tests were all fine and couldnt find enough of a reason to give me a brain scan.
So now im going insane!!! I have had this pressure/bubble in my head for about a week now and i cant take much more!! I cant go out, work or talk with friends, im always confused, sometimes im convinced that i cant feel parts of my face, im always so sure that im about to have a fit or hemmoridge and die, also recently my scalp feels as though its burning, i cant sleep or eat, i now way about 7 stone, i cant stop moving around and twitching constantly. Its destroying my life and my partners too. Does anyone have any advice? I keep thinking its a brain tumor or something. I really need some help.

Oh and im a 22yr old female, i take beta blockers and sometimes diazipam. I dont really drink anymore and i dont smoke. Oh and my nose has been blocked for about 4 months and have had lots of p nasal drip.

i would cross reference your symptoms on a search engine, from what i heard of, it sounds like it could be a number of things, but off the top of my head... maybe look up "TMJ" symptoms "sinusitus" and maybe even a blood clot..?

Unbelievable that your Dr. you she couldn't find enough reason to give you an MRI!!! Did you get a second opinion?

Dont worry it is more than likely sinus pressure have an x-ray then a c-t scan. the symptoms point towards sinus trust me It can be a pain at first. I had sinus surgery for a deviated septum and it did get rid of most of these issues. at times you may still have sinus issues and migranes. the due have medication you can take.

I've had swollen/blocked nasal passages since early August. I'm on a beta-blocker for migraines now, but I have a large pineal cyst sitting on my pineal gland, and a suspicious 'shadow' cropping up in my occipital lobe on my MRI. Since your illness began with panic attacks (which is why you're on a beta-blocker, I'm guessing...?) and other anxiety-related symptoms, I wouldn't think that you have a brain tumor of any sort, given the initial presentation of symptoms, though I'm surprised your doctor didn't just order an MRI--do you know why they didn't? Pressure behind the eye, coupled with a few other symptoms you told them you were experiencing, would certainly justify an MRI of your head.

If anything, the beta-blocker you are on is probably causing some of your additional symptoms--you might want to look into this. Hope you feel better soon!

MRIs have to be justified by the doctor to insurance companies. If you are persistent, you'll get one. Just make sure you ask for a valium. It's a tight compartment and you have to be there for a bit longer than most would care to be.

Good luck and keep us posted on your diagnosis. My guess is it's not a brain tumor but related to your emotional state. If that's the case, these days they can cure crazy pretty easily. I'd take that diagnosis any day of the week over a brain tumor, sinusitis...etc.

sinus infection or abcess (abscess) not fatal the panic and other symptoms are probably a fungal infection see if you can get Nizoral or similarit is most likely the abcess (abscess) is also a result of the fungus  ie ;yeast
