butterfly glioma

With a diagnoses of a butterfly glioma, glioblastoma multi forme,a tumor of the frontal lobes that crossed corpus calosum quality is important.  This was made in February of this year. One round of radiation for 6 weeks and one course of Temador for 3 days was done in March. A biopsy reveals only necrosis.  No future chemo will be done and surgery we were told is not an option. The lastest MRI revealed ring-enhancing large bifrontal mass not sifnificantly changed in size. Midly increased blood products surrounding the lesion on the right side.  No evidence of obstructive hydrocephalus. New T2 signal hyperintensity within the surround white matter extends superiourly and inferiorly along the lobes.  What does all this mean?  One dr. said it is growing another said it is not?  What is all this other stuff? I am confused.  Are things progressing?  Have a wonderful day.  Thank you.
