low to high

Has any one else had there levels fluctuate over the years from high to low or low to high without surgery. Pituitary concerns. Just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms? Prolactin, thyroid, cortisol etc. What in the world is going on. How can I be high one year then two years later have my levels through the roof? Pituitary microadnoma.
