orbital tumor symptoms

If someone has a supra orbital tumor (lets say an intraosseous meningioma for arguement sake) ... of about 3 or 4 centimeters - Aside from headache of visual changes, what symptoms are likely from a tumor in this location?    Assuming there is some mild to moderate  shunting upward of the brain due to the  supra orbital mass?

What sort of changes in the person would you see?    And if there were seizures,  from this pre frontal cortex area,  what type of seizure activity would be most likely?   could  symptoms similar to temporal lobe involvement come into play, such as  deja vu  or depersonalization?

In general, meningiomas cause symptoms because of their pressure on the brain.  If the frontal lobe is involved, patients could report mental status changes, personality changes, and multiple forms of seizures.  As you suggested, often times symptoms correspond to the location in the brain.

Dr Lim, thanks for the reply.   I am not asking you about any specific person,  but I am also seeking more detailed information on a specific area of the brain.

Just wondering if you could expand a bit on your reply, however.     Can you please describe some likely scenarios if some one begins having symptoms from a tumor in this location?       Please clarify what you mean by "mental status changes"?          What sort of symptoms would someone experience from seizures caused by compressing in the pre-frontal cortex (supraorbiatal area).

Thanks again for everything.
