Just wondering if you could expand a bit on your reply, however. Can you please describe some likely scenarios if some one begins having symptoms from a tumor in this location? Please clarify what you mean by "mental status changes"? What sort of symptoms would someone experience from seizures caused by compressing in the pre-frontal cortex (supraorbiatal area).

In general, meningiomas cause symptoms because of their pressure on the brain. If the frontal lobe is involved, patients could report mental status changes, personality changes, and multiple forms of seizures. As you suggested, often times symptoms correspond to the location in the brain.
