Sun Bathing and Chemo

I am on Adriamycin an cytoxan for Chemo is it ok to sunbath just to get some color for 15-20 a day .

You need to ask your Doctor but I was told NO sun when I went through chemo. I was also told no swimming even in the evening.

You can get some severe blisters from tanning,be careful. Remember your body doesn't heal when on chemo. Spray tan should be okay. Water outside  has germs in it. You skin is also more sensitive to the chemicals in th pool. Someday your chemo will be over, hang in there.
