Ulceration at the site of mastectomy, right beast

I am right breast postmastectomy pt with HER2+ strongly positive finding. I have taken HErceptin as well as paclitaxel 8 cycles preop and post i was given CAF. At present i am taking lapatinib and xeloda combination adn have finished almost 8 cycles, but since last two months i have noticed an ulceration area at the site of the mastectomy with some nodules formation adn the site is oozing tremendously. Can u reccomend and suggestion. P.S. I have already taken 32 cycles of different chemotherpay until within the last 3 to 3.5 years.

I would see my Surgeon immediately; actually I would have seen hin/her 2 months ago when this began. Has your Oncologist had anything at all to say about this problem ?? Something like this shouldn't be ignored.   Take care ....
