Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could indicate lung cancer. Large cell carcinoma accounts for about 9% of primary lung cancers. Large cell undifferentiated carcinoma is linked with smoking, grows quickly, and is known to spread early. Unfortunately, this type of cancer has a poor prognosis. Depending on the extent of spread of the cancer surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and laser therapy are planned.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
