liver failing

no longer able to do chemo dr. says liver is failing, shortness of breath, fatigue and ascites.what is the median survival time?

Hi. I feel for you and can only sympathize about all the things you're going through. I have a question for you though:  are you taking any other treatment right now, particularly hormonal therapy?  At this point, you may be too debilitated to have chemotherapy, but if your cancer is estrogen receptor (ER) positive, you may still benefit from hormonal treatment, which can be given even if your body is too weak to accept other medication.  Hormonal therapy, such as tamoxifen, fulvestrant or any of the aromatase inhibitors can lessen if not control the symptoms you are having right now, although these drugs do take time to have an effect.

I feel for you. You are a brave fighter in real life with so much of trauma.
It may be difficult to specify the median survival time. May be in months.
Would pray to Almighty to  reduce your sufferings.
