My 7 year old daughter has a lump on her right breast right in back of the nipple? Could this be her starting puberty or could it be maligant?

Rosie814, It could be that she is starting puberty although 7 is young. It is unlikely that this lump is breast cancer. You may want to have her pediatrician check this for you. They can put it into context, and evaluate as needed.
She needs to see a doctor. I would think it would be highly unlikely for it to be cancer at 7 years old.
